If a ticket is sold at an incorrect price due to clerical, technical, or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the amount paid, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or the ticket issued.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales for completed transactions are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted unless required by applicable law.
This policy does not apply to incomplete transactions, which are automatically voided and do not result in a valid ticket.
