No Refunds or Exchanges.** - All tickets purchased through KoreanConcert.net or authorized offline box offices are final and non-refundable. - No cancellations, modifications, refunds, or exchanges are permitted after purchase. - Ticket surcharges ($10 per ticket) and service fees are non-refundable. - Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed physical tickets will not be replaced or reissued. - Hugh Entertainment, Inc. is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers. - **Exception:** If the concert is canceled, tickets purchased directly through Hugh Entertainment, Inc. will be fully refunded.
